Staff
There
exists in the process of education, something more important than curriculum,
methodology, or material. This is the teacher. As you know, children between
the ages of 2 and 5 years learn primarily by imitation so it is imperative
that the teacher must be of high moral character. Every teacher should work
not only to prepare the day's lesson, but also to prepare one's self. This
requires great personal clarity, perseverance, and determination.
Our staff is dedicated to establishing a personal relationship with every child. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, each student is respected according to her/his own personality and ability.
Every
staff member is a highly qualified early childhood professional with group leader
credentials in accordance with the criteria set forth by the State of Colorado
and have considerable experience working with young children.
The school supports continuing education on site
as well as at local early childhood conferences and seminars including CPR,
First Aid, universal precautions, and medication administration trainings.
